Kept watching the Eileen Fisher coat since you shared it. Now on sale!! Half off! Can’t wait to receive it Jan 29th. Thank you 💛

    • Natalie says:

What?! That’s amazing!!!! What a steal.

    • Natalie says:

I just made a whole post dedicated to this coat being on sale. THANK YOU for the tip!!

Natalie! Your newsletter was an awesome treat in my inbox. I loved the flow and layout! It was fun to read, and I really appreciate the effort and intentionality you put into it. (Plus the links to the blog posts!) I feel like I’m not missing out on what you would have shared on IG and I’m able to spend far less time consuming the similar content! Thanks for making this intentional switch. I too have been wanting to spend less time scrolling and less time on my phone, but still wanting some connection to people sharing meaningful and helpful content. Warmest regards!

  2. Nancy says:

    Hey Natalie,
Happy to see you back. Was wondering if you could link Tuesdays outfit? Love the whole look!
Thanks Looking forward to all the emails LOL

    • Natalie says:

Yay! So glad you love the emails 🙂 I just updated the post so that those items were linked — can’t believe I missed those before I hit “publish” on this post!

  3. Erin says:

Tuesday’s outfit doesn’t seem to have any links to similar clothing pieces?

  4. Shannon McClintock says:

    Hi there!

So happy for you and your new year choices. This is probably user error on my part but a lot of the pieces from this post aren’t linked? Am I doing something wrong?! Not the most tech savvy. Thank you!

  5. Laura says:

Nat! I went to a sample sale in Miami and they had a lot of ClareV bags for under $100!!! I bought 3 because the quality and price was just amazing. Thought of the the entire time 🙂 Also, love your email and excited to get my weekly update. I have found lots of great items with your recommendations. Thank you and Be Happy!

  6. Katie says:

Love all of these so much! If we try to find your sweater on Poshmark, do you remember the name of it?

  7. Anne says:

Oh YAY! You’re here! Super happy to see you taking care of yourself. Love your new direction and it sounds like your community is here for it! Best wishes, I’ll be following along 🙂

  8. Fara Malik says:

    Hey Natalie
I’ve been waiting for your IG posts and stories and honestly you are by far my FAVORITE ‘instagrammer’- genuine, kind, down to earth, and not to mention you have AMAZING style. I’ve been checking IG daily for updates, wondering where you’ve gone, and just came across your blog- happy to know that you’re doing well and just have different social media plans for the new year! Ive subscribed and will be looking forward to your blog posts going forward, and I still hope you’ll do IG stories/posts every now and then as well 🙂
Sending lots of love, all the way from NY!!!

    • Natalie says:

Thank you so much for your kind words!! Truly, this comment made my day 🙂 I’ll be back on IG soon, though in a different way for sure. So glad you came over to the blog. This is going to be where the good stuff is at!

  9. Elizabeth Diane says:

Excited to see you here! I deleted IG and have been missing my favs so I’m glad to see you posting here since social media has been so icky lately. Thank you for these posts!

    • Natalie says:

I deleted my IG, too! I’ll be back in a bit, but honestly it’s been the best couple of weeks and I feel like I’m so inspired for the year without all of the noise over there. I plan to use IG way less, and it will no longer be the place to get original content — that’ll be right here on the blog, or my email newsletter! 10. Donna Wood says:

I am really noticing your absence from stories. Wish you would maybe at least do a weekly post. Not sure why you stepped away but of course understand. Your page was one of my favorites and your absence is very much noticed.

    • Natalie says:

Hi Donna! I will be back soon — taking a long break has been so good for me emotionally and has allowed me the time and space to really think about how I can better serve you guys in 2021. Probably will post again by the weekend, and will be on stories regularly soon, just in a different way. The blog is definitely going to be the “hub” of content moving forward so I’d bookmark it and check back often for new content. I also am going to make the monthly style newsletter a weekly thing, so if you’re interested in that you can sign up here:

  11. Diane says:

I was afraid you were lost in boxes and paper, hope you are settling in
Your style is very easy to wear and you make it easy to find

    • Natalie says:

Thank you! It’s been nice to take some time away from social media to unpack, get settled and also make some exciting plans for my business this year.

  12. Christina says:

I’m so happy to see this post and know that you are doing okay. I’ve been wondering if you were taking a break or got sick. Whew! I agree it’s smart to put your best work on your own blog. I actually hope social media is in its way out. It’s such a time waster and I have to be careful about not getting on Instagram too many times a day. I love your outfits. Are the Freda white sneakers totally worth it? I love the cut outs on them!

    • Natalie says:

Thank you so much!! And I agree, social media is changing so much and I don’t see myself continuing to use it the way I have been. Excited for new possibilities!

And YES, the Freda sneakers are so worth it and I highly recommend them. I sized down 1/2 size, and they did need 1-2 wears too break in. Now they are PERFECT. My favorite sneakers for sure.

  13. Brittany says:

Just read through the comments here and I am so excited you’re going to be focusing more on the blog! I have visited and revisited your old posts for outfit inspo. Your posts are great to read and I love that I can find all the info I need in one place. While I have definitely missed you presence on IG, I can’t wait to see what you have planned for the blog. I’m excited for you! Ps- do your coupon codes work in Canada? Most email codes for J crew and madewell don’t work on the Canadian site. I’d love to be able to support you by using your codes!

    • Natalie says:

Thank you so much!! So glad you’re here. Also, not sure about if the Jenni Kayne or Freda Salvador codes work internationally but it’s worth a try!

      • Christina says:

It’s so good to see you back styling! I’m very happy to have your blog as a place to visit and become inspired. Can I ask if it bothers you that the Eileen Fisher coat doesn’t close? It’s a lot to spend on a coat that may not keep me warm 😬

  14. Cindy V says:

Hey Natalie! I really love your outfit inspo and look forward to your insta stories every day, you’ve helped me so much with my style evolution. I know you have plans for your way to connect this year but please don’t forget about us Instagram users/followers. Imo social media it’s not going anywhere and it’s just so much easier. I really miss your daily posts.

    • Natalie says:

Thank you! I’m sure I’ll still end up on Instagram a little bit, but all that good daily content you’ve been enjoying will probably be sent out in a different format.

  15. Great outfits! I was reading your responses to other comments and I love where you are going with this. I have a blog too and I also do weekly outfit roundups like this because I realized I don’t own IG and I definitely want my outfits/content/hard work to live on my blog! Looking forward to continuing following along here and seeing what new things you do this year!

  16. Sarah says:

Love seeing this style inspiration! You’re my go-to for inspo! I look forward to your daily looks!

  17. Gretchen says:

Beautiful and helpful posts! How do you feel the Jenni Kayne cardigan compares to the Everlane alpaca cardigan? Thanks!

    • Natalie says:

Thanks! They’re definitely similar and the Everlane one is a solid dupe for the JK one! The Jenni Kayne sweater is a little softer (cashmere vs. alpaca) but the Everlane cardigan feels just as luxe to me personally.

  18. Lauren says:

Love these! You always inspire me with your styling.

    • Natalie says:

Thanks, friend!! I really feel so much better about my day when I wear “real clothes” and of course I love to share the looks with you guys. I’m going to be sharing WAY less on Instagram and focusing on putting all my best content here on the blog, in email newsletters, etc. Taking a nice long break from social media right now to get it all figured out but definitely still posting here 🙂

      • Jesseca says:

Glad everything is okay. I keep looking for you on IG. I always love your inspiration. Thanls for sharing!

      • Sascha Grace says:

I was wondering what was going on and I figured you were taking a break after your last story. I love your idea and new vision for your sharing. I think social media is on its way out- def not the same like it used to be. Looking forward to your blog post. This already feels genuine

        • Natalie says:

Totally agree with you that social media is on its way out. I don’t want to keep dragging you guys into it by putting all of my best stuff on there so I have some plans to make big changes this year. So glad to hear you’re excited about me changing things up. I think it’s going to be a good year! I’ll probably do an update on IG by next weekend with more details.

      • Anonymous says:

I’m so glad you are here and just a click away for styling and connecting. I’ll always be a blog follower first and foremost – and that reminds me i need to sign up for your newsletter! I feel ya on social media – I have a space there but am thankful that I can truly connect with people through Poshmark and handwritten notes via clothing mail – its nice to take a break and I’m so glad you are rethinking your presence and what you want for your company and YOU.
