10 Rules for Effortless, Everyday Style

In this series, I share some simple tips for leveling up your daily looks.

First things first: I’ve been wearing my 14K gold Addison Necklace since the moment the sample arrived at my door! It’s a gorgeous piece that has been handmade to last, won’t tarnish, and intended to be worn anytime, anywhere. While this piece won’t be available until November, you will absolutely continue to see me styling mine over and over! Until it’s ready, you can buy the gold-plated version in the shop here.

For a day of apple and pear picking in Julian this weekend, I finally busted out my new sweater blazer from J.Crew for a fall look that wasn’t too warm for the low 70s temperatures. It’s such an easy layer to wear and so flattering thanks to the structure of the blazer shape and the slightly cropped sleeves that show a peek of wrist.

For those of you who have continued to ask about how I’m liking my Madewell maternity jeans, here they are again! I bought them at the very beginning of my pregnancy in my normal Madewell denim size (which is a size down from my denim size in other brands, FYI), and they still fit comfortably at 35 weeks pregnant!
