Madewell is doing another Secret Stock Sale and they have some great items on MAJOR sale (including a few pieces I own and love). If any of these pieces fit a gap in your wardrobe, now is a perfect time to scoop them up.
THINGS I OWN
- Olive military jacket | I’m literally wearing this right now as I write this post — fits TTS
- Button-front white skinny jeans | Also available in curvy. I have the regular and took my usual size, but I definitely have a big gap at the waist, so I may have them taken in a bit. I still wear these all the time and they’ve become my go-to white jeans.
- Charcoal straight leg jeans | I’m surprised how much I’ve worn these, honestly! I went down a size, and you can see them styled here, here and here.
- Leopard loafers | So classic and work for any age — I’ve had these for years, and my mom has a pair, too! They fit TTS for me, but if your feet are wider I’d consider going up 1/2 size.
- Linen blazer | This is a great spring and summer layer. Fits true to size and doesn’t have stretch. See 4 ways I styled it here.
THINGS THAT CAUGHT MY EYE
- Cross-back turtleneck sweater
- Animal print crossbody bag
- Pointelle sweater
- Puff sleeve wrap top
- Animal print skimmer flats
- Dotted calf hair crossbody bag
- Snake print loafers
- Kick flare raw hem jeans
Are you shopping the sale? What do you have your eye on?
Hi Natalie!
I am one of your biggest fans! You inspire me daily by just being you! I am so happy to follow along with your blog rather than always on Instagram. I am hoping to spend less time on social media platforms this year because let’s face it the chaos is never-ending and honestly it’s draining. I pray you have a great year and can’t wait to read all of your blog posts in 2021. You are my fashion girl! 🙂
Thank you so much!! Life is so much happier and simpler without the noise of social media. Glad you’re making those changes, too.
Just ordered the olive jacket. I’ve been looking for a replacement for a similar jacket that I wore so often the seams came apart (not repairable). Thanks for the tip.
PS. My daughter (12) loves the outfits you put together. It’s been lovely to find a place we can enjoy style and beauty together.
It’s a great jacket! So glad you grabbed it while it’s on major sale. And that’s so sweet to hear about your daughter. Love it!
The jacket arrived today and I LOVE it.
I totally bought that bag last week! I’ve been waiting to invest in a new crossbody since ditching the diaper bag and am so excited to have gotten it for a steal!
Yay! It’s so cute. I have the plain brown one and love the shape of it. It’s really well made!
For their jeans would you size up? Looking at the Cali raw jeans you linked.
I generally size down in Madewell jeans!
Hi Natalies, I’m new to the blog world. Is there a way to access your blog and others not using Instagram? Maybe another app?
Excited for a new year of less social media!
😊
So glad you’re feeling the same!

I hope you don’t mind me replying, but if you have an iPhone you can save her blog as a bookmark and put it on your Home Screen so it looks like an app! That way you just click it and it takes you right to her blog. Hope that helps.
Genius, Brittany!! Thanks for sharing that tip!
Thanks for sharing the tip Brittany. And Natalie, I prayed for you because I thought something might have happen to you when I didn’t see you on insta like sickness or something. You and Karla are my fashion ladies. 🙂 Hope you have had a restful start to the new year and move in time at your new house. I’m so excited for your blog to be home base. My goal in 2021 is less insta and more reading blogs in my down time. Blessings.
Thank you for your prayers! That just shows what a kind heart you have. I appreciate you!
Hi Natalie,
I just discovered your blog and jewelry this past year and it’s become one of my favorites. I bought a friend one of your necklaces for Christmas and she loved it!! I have never done any social media but because of some freelance not for profit work I started doing I joined Instagram in 2019. I enjoyed your posts but am thrilled to hear you are doing more blog content. I have deleted Instagram and realized why I never started with social media in the first place 😂, it’s just not life giving (at least not to me). Looking forward to following along on your blog. Happy New Year!
Thank you so much!! I’m glad you’re excited about the blog content. I totally agree that social media is a pretty soul-sucking experience lately and I just am personally loving the slower pace of reading newsletters and blog posts from people I enjoy following.
