I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: a basic white tee and denim makes a perfect base for endless outfit combos. I call this one “I’m the boss,” and while I wore it for a workday, I absolutely consider this an outfit option for days when I’m with my kids—high rise stretch denim, an $8 tee, an oversized layer and the comfiest mules ever. Swap the blazer out for a long cardigan and it feels like a totally different look.

SIZING NOTES: Size up on the blazer and tee, stay TTS or go up 1/2 a size on the mules, and size down in the jeans (or if you are familiar with Madewell jeans, get your usual Madewell skinny jean size).
P.S. My cup is a Yeti and it’s amazing. I use it to keep morning coffee hot, or to keep my wine cold when we hang with the neighbors in the cul de sac!
