This is my second Heidi Merrick dress purchase and I’m so in love with her attention to detail. The fit, the fabric, the shape, the shoulder pads. It’s perfection. She is well know for this silhouette and while my exact dress is sold out (Tia Dress in Army) she does still have many other options that flare out and come in at the waist like this one.

To make this dress work for an everyday outfit (vs special occasion) I added two casual pieces,  sling bag and some flat sandals. Easy, feminine, simple and comfortable.
