I recently did a try-on over at Anthropologie and was pleasantly surprised to find what I am now referring to as my perfect fall jacket. It’s soft, it’s comfortable, it’s mid-weight (meaning I can wear it pretty much any day and layer as needed), and it’s a gorgeous rusty brown color (which means it won’t show stains!).
When I first tried it on I instantly loved it but I wondered if I would really wear it. At $138, it’s an investment for sure. So I put it on hold, and then I literally could not stop thinking about it! Fast forward to the next morning when one of my favorite style bloggers posted a photo in the very same jacket and I was instantly sold! Plus, it’s my birthday month so I decided it would be a gift to myself 🙂

I paired it with my wardrobe all-stars: white button down, skinny jeans (with stretch!), gold sandals (because it’s going to be 80 degrees later), a crossbody, my favorite black sunglasses, and of course some earrings from my shop. This look really just feels like “me” and I love it!
