Faux leather leggings and a sweater blazer are my recipe easy, comfortable and chic #legitmomstyle. I put this look together in 2 minutes when I needed to leave the house for preschool drop off and I loved it so much I actually wore it for the whole day. That’s saying a lot from someone who usually changes into sweatpants the second she gets home!
Although I love all of the pieces I design, I’m relying heavily on my dainty 14K gold pieces right now. I keep the bar studs in 24/7 and wear the necklace almost every single day. I love that I don’t need to worry about them tarnishing or fading.
These leggings are a wardrobe staple for me (see them styled here, too) and worth every penny. Since they’re Spanx and have a high rise fit, they really hold everything in and are incredibly flattering. And the faux leather finish makes them so dreamy for fall. If you don’t have these yet but have been considering them, trust me, BUY THEM!
I bought this blazer during my pregnancy (see it styled with my bump here), and I’m so excited that it’s serving the purpose I hoped it would. I love the look of blazers and how they instantly pull together an outfit, but the structured ones aren’t super practical with new baby. The fact that this is a sweater makes it really wearable right now.
