Fall 10×10 | Day 3

Another day, another capsule outfit. This one is a pretty perfect San Diego fall look because it looks warm—but really the dress is super lightweight and the mule loafers keep feet from overheating when the weather is toasty midday. I threw this on to run some errands with Jack and I felt so put together but also incredibly comfortable.

This is another dress that was sent to me by Boob, and it’s both bump-friendly and nursing-friendly. It’s hard to tell because black dresses don’t often show much detail in photos, but there is a flap of fabric under the chest area that can come up and make it possible to nurse. It’s such a great piece to have during the holiday season while breastfeeding—plus it’s super soft.

I decided to keep the look really simple—I tried several different necklaces but honestly felt like every one of them made the outfit look overdone, so instead I went for some simple gold hoops I made and a suede bag for a little texture in the mix. I’m planning to add these earrings to the shop by the holiday season (they’re 14K gold-filled and hammered), so wish me luck on that project while I also prepare to have a baby in the next few weeks 😉 Until then, the Sydney Hoop Earrings are available with white wood beads—a detail I absolutely adore.
