For Earth Month, I’m so honored and excited to partner with EILEEN FISHER—a new-to-me brand that is committed to changing the clothing industry and women’s lives.
Today I’ll be styling their Washed Organic Linen Delave Shell in Cinnamon several different ways. I love, love, love this color, but even better than how it looks is how responsibly it was made. The fabric is produced through organic farming that supports clean water and healthy soil. Woven and dyed in Spain using minimal water and energy without hazardous chemicals, it’s a beautiful piece I can feel really good about wearing.
While I’m not a “sustainable fashion blogger,” per se, I strive to make more and more changes in my life that have a positive impact on the planet and choosing more sustainable fabrics is one of the ways I do that. Another way I’m pursuing more sustainability in my closet? Truly WEARING my clothes! And that’s exactly why I do these style sessions.
Nobody is perfect, but we can all do our part to reduce fashion waste by thinking through our purchases more carefully and making sure that whatever garments end up in our closet will be truly loved and worn. Before anything is allowed to stay in my wardrobe, it has to pass my personal versatility tests—and this one definitely does! Here are 5 ways I plan to wear this gorgeous tank this year:
Outfit formula 1: Tank + denim skirt + woven mules
Outfit formula 2: Tank + white jeans + denim jacket + leopard mules
Outfit formula 3: Tank + destroyed straight leg jeans + white sneakers
Outfit formula 4: Tank + dark skinny jeans + white mule loafers
Outfit formula 5: Tank + white wide leg crops + flat sandals
Thank you, EILEEN FISHER, for sponsoring this post!
