One item that was on my wish list for 2019 was the Anine Bing Bolt Tee. Back in August I shared 9 ways to wear a graphic tee all year, specifically featuring my white graphic tee from Anine Bing, and I knew I could seamlessly work in a black graphic tee into my wardrobe.
As a general rule, I never add anything new to my wardrobe unless I can for sure create 5 or more looks with it (I make exceptions for special occasion pieces). So, today I’m sharing 5 ways I’ll be wearing this tee this year because this tee definitely passed the test! The tee does have more of a unisex fit, so I sized down in this one (unlike my other tee from AB, which is shorter and I have in my true size)
In all of these looks I’m wearing my hammered coin necklace, which was part of the holiday set I did with PS46. More coin necklaces to come in 2020!
So far, this has been the go-to way I’ve been wearing this tee. So easy and comfortable! The shoes run small and narrow, so I went up 1/2 size. I sized down in the sweater, and sized up in the leggings.
These boyjeans have quickly become a favorite pair of mine! Like all of the Madewell boyjeans, they run big, so I recommend going down 2 sizes. These are also very similar. Note that both styles are cropped, so the regular length has a 26″ inseam. You can get 20% off these mules with the code Natalie20.
This camo sweater + a graphic tee is a match made in heaven. I have the petite version of the sweater (I’m 5’4″) and I sized down.
This is obviously more of a Southern California winter look, or spring/summer for everyone else! But I couldn’t leave it out because this is one of my favorite ways to style a graphic tee.
When in doubt, a leather jacket is such an easy layer for an extra dose of edge. This one was a major investment, and the leather feels AMAZING. The fit is true to size, but if you’re unsure I’d size up. You can get 20% off these mules with the code Natalie20.
P.S. Here’s a similar tee for less.
