By now you probably know that my love for leopard print runs deep. It’s fierce. It’s fun. It’s neutral. What’s not to love? It’s a trend right now, which means the print is readily available almost everywhere. But just because it’s a trend doesn’t make it trendy. Leopard is classic, timeless and really easy to incorporate into your wardrobe—I promise! For today’s styling, I teamed up with my friends Caitlin, Conni, Rebecca and Jess, who are all also styling leopard for you today. In all of these looks, I’m wearing my Julia Earrings in Arches, which will be available on February 21st at 9am California time. Here are 4 ways I’m wearing leopard this winter…
This leopard bomber is a recent purchase and I’m so happy I went for it. It’s not cheap, but it is so cozy and truly such a solid wardrobe piece that I’m wearing over and over. I love that it can be dressed up or dressed down, and the bomber fit makes it feel more modern and edgy than a lot of other leopard jackets out there right now.
All of the pieces in this outfit are part of my February capsule wardrobe and I for sure will be wearing this outfit for real this month! The leopard is super subtle in this outfit with the ballet flats, but I love the way the print makes the black and white so much more interesting, plus the colors warm up the stark, high contrast top and bottom.
Good news—this scarf is back in stock!! It’s such an easy way to incorporate leopard into your wardrobe if you’re just trying it out. (This $6 hair tie is another way!). To tie in the warm brown hues of the scarf, I opted for cognac brown sock boots. The skinny ankle fit of the boots works perfectly with a wide leg pant.
Teachers, add this to your list of outfit options! I also absolutely would wear this in my day-to-day mom life. This cardigan is super soft and cozy and it fits true to size. The button down is actually sleeveless, and it’s a wardrobe staple for me that I use year round. It’s so easy to layer under sweaters in the winter, and easily works for spring and summer since it’s lightweight and obviously doesn’t have sleeves. It’s a winner!
