Let me tell you, this is the softest cardigan I’ve ever put on my body! I tried it on at Madewell this past weekend, bought it immediately, and haven’t taken it off since. For our Saturday morning outing at the beach, I slipped it on over a basic grey tee with high rise skinnies, one of my necklaces and black accessories. It felt both effortless and cool, which is essentially what I’m always trying to accomplish with my personal style!

A quick note about fit, since I know that’s helpful for those of you who don’t have a Madewell store near you: I sized down from my normal size in this since I’m petite and can easily get swallowed up in long sweaters. The snug fit around the shoulders keeps it more proportional for me and since the fabric has a ton of stretch it doesn’t compromise comfort or functionality. Hope that’s helpful!
